Plant engineering
We manufacture ultrafiltration plants for product treatment from high-quality stainless steel in 1.4404, 1.4435 and intelligent program design.
The UF plant in sterile design made of stainless steel in 1.4404 and 1.4435 allows to concentrate different liquid media. Based on your operating data we design the plant technology for you.>
Container construction
With our stainless steel containers in 1.4435, 1.4404 or 1.4301, storage, processing, heating and cooling of active ingredients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and cosmetics industries are possible.

Hygiene flanges
Our hygienic and aseptic flanges made of stainless steel 1.4435 and 1.4404 have a very high hygienic standard, which, when tightened, forms the seal in such a way that there is no cavity and thus no usable area for germs. Even temperature changes do not affect the connections.

Filter housing
The filter housing made of stainless steel in 1.4435 and 1.4404 is designed for the aeration and degassing of active ingredients in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and biotechnology industries.
Tube bundle heat exchanger
The tube bundle heat exchangers in sterile design (double tubesheet) made of stainless steel in 1.4435 and 1.4404 enable various liquid media to be heated or cooled.
Based on your operating data, we design the heat exchanger sizes for you.
Pipeline construction
We manufacture tailor-made piping systems that are adapted to your plant.
Reverse osmosis pressure pipes
From high-quality stainless steel in 1.4404 we manufacture reverse osmosis pressure pipes for ultrapure water in 2.5", 4" and 8" technology.
The pressure resistance of the tubes is up to 20 bar. End caps are located in the clamp connection.
If you need higher pressure ratios, we can of course also offer you these.
Aseptic flanges
The aseptic flanges offer a very sterile standard, as the seal, which closes cavity-free on the inside, does not create space and breeding ground for germs.
Hygiene flanges
